The Birth of Meyer – Austin Birth Photographer

Well, I have had the month of June off and let me tell you – I am ready for some more births! I have 3 coming up very soon and am really excited about them! One may be a breech birth, and breech birth photography is rare because so few mamas that have had a breech birth have had it photographed! Very exciting indeed.

I’ve been catching up on blogging previous births. This one is from May and this mama was my first repeat birth photography client!!! I was thrilled when she called and told me she was pregnant again and wanted me to photograph her second birth. Not only that but she paid me the highest compliment, saying that there are many things she can “go without” but birth photography is not one of them! I appreciate that she truly values what I do.

So here we are almost 2 years later and I am so excited that things are beginning to come full circle for me. Reyanna’s birth was simply beautiful. She and Jeremy are so in sync during labor, it’s like they move together and you can’t tell where one ends and the other begins. I remembered that from her first birth and was reminded of it during this one. So these photos of Reyanna, in my opinion, are breathtaking, and some of my very best captures. I was thoroughly inspired by their togetherness and how they leaned on one another throughout labor! Enjoy!
