I honestly thought 2013 would be impossible to top. Such an incredible year. So many highs! And now that 2014 has ended, I am feeling blessed beyond measure.
I photographed 21 babies, 41 breastfeeding mamas, received the People’s Choice Award for birthphotographers.com’s Image of the Year Competition, was published 17 times, landed a television interview, gained over 7000 fans on my Facebook business page, and my Public Breastfeeding Awareness Project went viral! Not to mention, I crossed 3 items off my bucket list: get into the OR to photograph a c-section, document a surrogate birth, and make a more global name for myself.
